Potential PostFusion Problem

I just so happened to look at PostFusion, and I noticed that my site was taken off for inactivity. That brought this thought to my attention: couldn't people just sign up, never post, get removed, and then just sign up again?

I'm not sure if there is something that could stop that, but I'd just like to give the heads up.

Sorry, wrong use of words; taken off because I reached the minimum...

that is assuming you can be taken off for reaching the minimum amount of posts.
