 | err 500 in apache logs <start paste> [spike@www logs]# tail -n 5000 www.webbiesforum.com.access.log | grep "\" 500" 70.86.242.2 - - [26/Oct/2007:22:11:05 -0500] "POST /pf_pickup.php HTTP/1.1" 500 1422 "-" "-" 70.86.242.2 - - [26/Oct/2007:22:15:54 -0500] "POST /pf_pickup.php HTTP/1.1" 500 1422 "-" "-" 70.86.242.2 - - [26/Oct/2007:22:21:08 -0500] "POST /pf_pickup.php HTTP/1.1" 500 1422 "-" "-" 70.86.242.2 - - [26/Oct/2007:22:25:55 -0500] "POST /pf_pickup.php HTTP/1.1" 500 1422 "-" "-" <end paste> It seems that pf_pickup.php is showing up as causing an interal server error message in the log files, script appears to be working fine thou.

  | If the script is working fine then no need to worry.. What does pf_pickup.php do anyway?

| while the script appears to be working, awstats is showing over 4000 error 500's in the reporting. i try to keep the error parts of the logs clean =)

| That is very strange. A 500 error generally results in a page not rendering properly which would mean we wouldn't get your stats. I would like to hear if anyone else is seeing this as it doesn't make any sense at all.
