Not getting credit for posts

I'm posting on My SCI FI Online but when I try to subscribe I get the message: Could not find the entered username at the specified forum!

I waited 24 hours, but still the same message. I know I'm using the correct username.

I'd also like to know what's going on with my ratings. I can be at the first spot and someone makes 4 or 5 posts from postfusion and it knocks me down to -19. What's up with that?

Can't we be added manually or something?

I've had to disable this forum as the pickup script was not installed on the same domain as the forum.

Ok when I installed the script it had gone through fine no problem, I have re-added my forum to PF

Very sorry about this all - but to be honest I do not know what else to be done. Besides being able to add and remove forums from postfusion, there is not much I can do in the ways of support. I'll try to get someone in here who can help. Again very sorry about the delay.
