PostFusion Balance Updates

PostFusion is currently having a problem updating post balances right now...We just wanted to let you know that we are aware of the problem and are working on a fix.

None of your credits/posts will be lost. No need to worry there, you just may not see your new and updated balance yet. You may also still post at other PF forums and your balance will reflect any new posts when the problem is solved, but it might be a good idea to hold off on any posts until we solve the problem. This way you are not posting at any forums which may be far into the negatives by the time we fix the updates.

Ok. Further information on this issue. We came to the realization that it was not that the credits and so forth were not being updated. What had happened is that our database was moved with out our knowledge. Come to find out that the server the database was moved do does not use the same timezone settings as our webserver. This caused all the date calculations to be off by 6hrs on the last updated portion of the pf listing page. We have put a temporary fix in to move the clock ahead 6 hours so that this is no longer a problem. Sorry for any confusion that this may have caused.

You guys really need to think about moving to a new host. First there is a huge downtime and then they move servers with different settings without telling you.

Well. That is another story. It wasn't completely their fault. I'll leave it at that. If Ryan would like to elaborate, I will give him that oppt.
