We have received various complaints from our users lately about the quality of posts being made via PostFusion. While we understand that you are not being paid and that you do not "work for us", you are still representative of AdminFusion when you use PostFusion. When we do receive complaints about quality and/or abuse, we do investigate them and we do take action. Be very careful what you post through PostFusion, because you could have a complaint or two on your record already. We follow a 3 strikes, you're out policy (in most circumstances). When a person receives his or her 2nd complaint, they are notified. Upon a 3rd complaint, they are removed from PostFusion along with their balance - no questions asked.

Now, I also want to add...do not take this and then abuse the complaint system. We investigate each complaint ourselves and determine whether or not it was necessary. If we find people making frivolous complaints, they will be punished as well. If you feel that you need to make a complaint about the quality of the posts made by a PostFusion user, you may do so here.

This is basically a request for everybody. Please make it a habit to post quality posts through PostFusion. We would much rather prefer quality over quantity. If you choose to go the other route, you might not be with us much longer. Sorry to those of you who actually are posting quality posts, most of you are...unfortunately there are those who are not who tarnish the system.

I would also like to ask everyone to use common sense and basic human kindness when you are in these forums. Retaliating against a warning and ripping an admin/member of the PostFusion system is not acceptable.

Well, none of this could be because of me, because i have not even made my first post apart fromt now, sorry for this though, i will try to do as best as i can to make this a good community

Sam, don't worry about it, you just arrived. We have had this bug for a few weeks now. But I'm glad you stopped by to read this thread. Knowing is half the battle!

Just wanted to suggest that you should probably warn the PostFusion subscribers at the 1st complaint. Otherwise, how else would they know they're doing something wrong?

Also, the no-questions-asked policy does seem a bit harsh, as there are always two sides to a story. I think listening to both sides is essential.

It is the forum administrators job to notify the member that they are doing something wrong. We do not warn anyone that has not been warned by the respective forum administrators.

Well, it just got me thinking that an admin can potentially frame a member by signing up on their username and posting obscene messages. They'll then proceed to complain to PostFusion, and strike 1.

The admins here seem to be resonable, and if someone did as you suggest it they would have to have a VERY good reason to, and even then they would be easily caught and punished by the system that is in place.

After the first strike it could be something foolish, and it is better not to make a mountain out of a mole hill. It is up to the admins of the individual forums to keep its members in line, whether they be from PF or not.

Also if there is a potential "stirke" I assue that it will be investigated and if found frivolous it will not be counted. Also if you post in a similar manner on all forums it will be fairly easy to spot if it is you posting.
