That wouldn't be fair to the previous FotM winner as their sidebar box and user title would have been cut short. Obviously it all depends on the new owner but we should have one next month.

It actually requires more work than you might think. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes.

There are 3 rounds of voting that each staff member must participate in.

23rd - 25th
26th - 28th
29th - 30th

That, all together, will take an hour or so per staff member.

On top of that, Moelman must gather nominees, send out the mass email, set the stage for voting, tally votes, write a summary/spotlight, and grab all of the screenshots to display around AF.

It really is a good bit of work and something that would be difficult for us to complete under these circumstances
