I do have a small question, but in this rule:

Quote:
A forum may only be nominated (top 10 pick) once every 3 months

So if we are not nominated in the top 10 pick we can nominate ourselves again the following month, or would we still have to wait three months?

Well, two things happen here...first submissions and then nominations....When you post your forum in the submission thread, you are submitting your forums...when we go back through and find the 10 forums with the top post counts here at AF, that is a nomination...you may submit your forum as much as you'd like, but you can only be nominated once every 3 months.
