Very nice tutorial... I set it up, still got to see if it works. However, I have a question:

What if you have a larger forum? Will it still take a backup?

Yes...we use it here at AF...not a huge forum by any stretch, but not exactly new or small

That is my current set up, I thought it would do it every hour but it is not. Any idea? Maybe I should set the hour to *?

Yeah, to set it at every hour...you would set it as follows:

Minute: 45
Hour: *
Day: *
Month: *
Weekday: *

Setting it like you currently have (in that screenshot) will run it once a day at 00:45

The easiest way to find out a path would be to log in to ssh, move to the directory you want to know the path too and type "pwd" then hit enter.

I get a "permission denied" error - but it's set to 777.
