    | when i get below cap. When i get back below the cap, how will i re-add my site back to PF, or will it re-add it itself? I know im far behind it, but i like to plan ahead.

| The site never removed from PF. It just doesn't appear in the public listings. Once your balance goes above -25 it will again appear on the All Sites view automatically.
