Join Date: Nov 2007 Posts: 7  | What all counts in my Rating? This might have been answered over and again here. But I am asking specifically because today I was tracking my rating with every post of mine. I noticed that as I made posts in my subscribed forums, my rating was actually decreasing. At first I thought somebody else might be simultaneously posting in my forum, but then, no posts from other PF members were made on my forum in this time.  | ||||

| The rating that you see on the all forums is actually a percentage of how far from the top you are.

Join Date: Sep 2005 Posts: 10,246 Location: Athens, GA  | Right, there are a few different things that can cause your rating to drop 1) The person with the current #1 forum is posting (thus separating you) 2) Your forum is receiving posts 3) Recent posts that you have made are no longer "recent", thus you begin to lose points for them You can read more about all of that here
