Want to share my experience and need your expert advice. I had checked my site keyword position yesterday and they all were in top 5 and today all the keyword position has been dropdown to 100+ can anyone tell me what’s wrong I am really confused and do not know what to do next? Should I wait or continue doing my work?

Often time this happens as a result of your site being penalized. If you notice a sudden drop in your ranking, it's likely that your site has been penalized. Sometimes ranking fluctuating may be responsible for that as well.

One thing I would to ask you Did you do something that provoke that? Have you been building back-links aggressively?

Very often this occur as a resolution of being punish for you site .A site is being punish of being unforeseen drop in your ranking while fluctuating ranking sometimes as well .As far as I am concern that you should continue of doing work of submission so that ranking comes to the normal ranking to 5th position

Some time Google penalize your website because of over optimization. The latest update of the Google is penguin update, there are new algorithms added in this update. So according to the penguin update your website is penalized.
